MacTCP

From the Apple Menu select "Control Panels" then select "TCP/IP".  Select the MacTCP Control Panel.  If you have a "TCP/IP" Control Panel you will probably want to use Open Transport instead!

The control panel should look something like this:

Highlight the PPP item to select it and click on "More".  You may also see FreePPP or ConfigPPP instead of just PPP.   Don't worry.

Select all the options shown below:
